Exchange Policy
Online Purchases:
We accept exchanges. Exchanges are subject to approval—Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, items must be in the original state and packaging. Please follow the steps below to request an exchange:
- Please notify LEVEL Extensions Customer Care Department at customercare@levelextensions.com, or submit your request online for an exchange (below) include photos and a brief description of your issue
- We will review your exchange request once confirmed a return address will be sent via email
- Return the products to us- include a tracking number for the returned products
- We will inspect the returned products and send out replacement products
- Tracking information will be sent via email to you
Please note, if hair has been installed or manipulated in any way, exchange options are void. All shipping fees apply to the buyer. Exchanges may take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please add carrier insurance to your return package, we are not liable for lost merchandise by the mail carrier and suggest adding insurance to your package in case of carrier issues. Send tracking information to customercare@levelextensions.com with name and order number.
Exchanges may take up to 2 business days to be processed for online and in-store orders. If Customer Service is not contacted prior to returning merchandise your order maybe returned and shipping fees will apply.
Shipping Cost:
*Standard Shipping: $11 (3-5 business days for delivery excluding Sunday)
*Express Shipping: $35 (1-2 business days for delivery, excluding Sunday)
Rush Service: $60 (Same Day Processing, 1-2 business days for delivery, excluding weekends)
International Shipping: $45 (6-10 business days)
